She is project assistant to the Women, Religion, and Globalization project, is a Ph.D. student in the department of Religious Studies.  Her areas of interest include feminist Christian theology, the effects of traumatic violence on the theological imagination, and the relationships between religion and public health.  She received her B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College (summa cum laude) in 2002 and her Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School (summa cum laude) in 2007.
